Executive Director
Jenine Sparks is the Executive Director of the Oxford Chamber of Commerce, bringing more than 30 years of project management experience supported by an early career foundation in engineering. With over two decades in market research and client services, she has led complex studies for major brands across a wide range of industries. Jenine is recognized for her ability to translate intricate data into clear insights, guide strategic decision-making, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and teams.
Her professional background includes senior roles at leading research firms, where she managed multi-phase projects, mentored emerging researchers, and developed research standards that improved efficiency and consistency across organizations. Known for her analytical discipline and collaborative leadership style, she excels at bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives.
