Meet Mark Raymond, owner of TMI Properties, a property management company overseeing 185 single family homes and condos throughout Southeast Michigan. As Mark likes to say, “When it comes to real estate, you want too much information. You want us.”
Mark is a licensed real estate agent who focuses entirely on property management in the landlord tenant space. His coverage area stretches north to Columbiaville and Otter Lake, west to Grand Blanc and Fenton, and south through Troy, Mount Clemens, Grosse Pointe, Harper Woods, Redford and even Novi. He jokes that he “has one outlier in Davisburg,” but if a landlord needs help, he finds a way to make it work.
Mark’s ideal clients are landlords who want peace of mind, whether they are retiring from hands-on management, accepting a job overseas, or simply wanting someone they can trust with their most valuable asset. He often works with families navigating assisted living transitions. After witnessing heartbreaking situations while caring for his own mother, Mark created a program that helps families offset the high cost of assisted living by turning a paid down home into a rental. “This isn’t a money grab. It’s about keeping wealth in the family and giving people options,” he says.

Mark and his wife are dedicated community contributors. Mark also volunteers as a ham radio operator for Oakland County Emergency Management and the Rochester Community Emergency Response Team. His dedication has earned TMI the trust of local courts, where the company has been appointed to serve as trustee in cases involving unpaid condominium dues and displaced residents. “If the judges can trust us, you probably can too,” Mark says.
