“We are a full service sewer company,” Raymond explained. “From backed up drains, sewer main replacements, and water main replacements.” Services also include septic inspections, sewer camera inspections for homebuyers, trenchless sewer repair, and both gravity fed and aerobic septic systems. While septic pumping is not currently offered, the company plans to add that service in the near future.

Down and Dirty Sewer operates 24/7, with real people answering the phone at any hour. “If you call us at 10 o’clock at night, someone’s going to answer,” Raymond said. “We’ve got five different techs on call at any given moment, including myself.” That commitment has led to late night emergency responses, including situations requiring heavy equipment on site before midnight to prevent catastrophic damage.
